Mr. Leask has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in geological engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer. He has served as a director of Mansfield since June 1998. Mr. Leask has 30 years experience in the exploration and mining business at all levels.

Ms. Cameron-Jones has over 20 years experience in providing regulatory and management services to public companies. She has been a director of Mansfield Minerals Inc. since 1996 and has been a director and officer of several other Exchange listed companies.

 

Murray W. Hitzman
Director


Dr. Hitzman, one of North America's most eminent geologists, joined Mansfield in April 1996 as a director and technical advisor. Dr. Hitzman is the Head of Geology and Geological Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. Prior to his appointment, Dr. Hitzman was an American Associate for the Advancement of Science/Sloan Fellow with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy in Washington, D.C. As an exploration geologist with Chevron Minerals Ltd. for 10 years, Dr. Hitzman played a leading role in the discovery of the Lisheen zinc-lead-silver deposit in Ireland. He was awarded the Chevron Corporation Chairman's Award for his contribution in the discovery. Dr. Hitzman has a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Dartmouth College, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Dartmouth College, a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Washington and a Ph.D. in Geology from Stanford University, California.

 
George Cavey
George Cavey

Mr. Cavey is a consulting geologist with over 30 years experience, since 1982 he has been the President and CEO of OreQuest Consultants, a company providing geological consulting to resource companies, both public and private. Mr. Cavey has supervised mineral exploration projects throughout North, South and Central America as well as Africa since 1982. He has authorized or been involved in, the writing of more than 300 geological reports for Canadian junior resource companies' prospectus and/or public financing documents. In addition, Mr. Cavey has acted as a consultant to both the BC Securities Commission and the TSX Venture Exchange in matters relating to 43-101 mining and mineral exploration disclosure issues from 2001-2007.

 
David Raffa

David is a founding Partner of Lions Capital ("Lions"). Lions is a boutique investment bank which provides investment banking services to small to mid-cap companies in multiple verticals. David provides strategic partnering advice, leads mergers and acquisitions transactions, and structures venture, private equity and public financings. Lions also manages two venture capital funds and one alternative equities fund.

David was a practicing corporate finance lawyer for 20 years, served as a Director of the BCTIA for six years and has been an advisor to both the TSX and BC Securities Commission. David is an acknowledged governance expert and has served on numerous private and public company boards both in the mining as well as technology sectors. As Chairman of ActiveState Corp., he led the sale of the company to Solphos PLC in 2003. David was also a founder of Amorfix Life Sciences (TSX:AMF) and co-led the company from inception to its listing on the TSX in 2005. David recently served as a director of Pacific Harbour Capital which acquired an iron ore project in Quebec in the Fall of 2010, and subsequently changed its name to Oceanic Iron Ore (TSX:FEO).

Mr. McQuade has 33 years experience in the mineral exploration and production business including 10 years working for Italian state-owned Agip Canada and 13 years with Mansfield Minerals. In the early 1990's Mr. McQuade spent five years working for Pioneer Metals, a period which included the discovery, development and operation of a gold mine. Mr. McQuade received his B. Comm. in Accounting in 1974 from Sir George Williams University (presently Concordia University) and received his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1981.

 
Jorge Kesting

Mr. Kesting has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Buenos Aires. He has been the Vice-President of the Company's Argentine subsidiary since June 1996 and manages the Company's Argentine exploration team.

 
Facundo Huidobro

Geologist - Argentina


Mr. Huidobro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Buenos Aires. He is a founding member of Mansfield's Argentinean exploration team and serves as a director of the Argentinean subsidiaries of both Mansfield and Pachamama. Facundo was appointed to the prestigious position of President of the Salta Chamber of Mining in April 2008 and was awarded "Geologist of the Year" by the directive commission of Argentina Mining 2008, Argentina's biannual national mining conference in Mendoza.
